zedword ha risposto alla tua foto: Ugly omelette (Taken with instagram) Omelets are tough. I’d recommend getting a pan with a low lip, and swirling the eggs into the pan with your spatula. Then you can fold one end over, and let it roll onto the plate. Looks super pretty. youtube.com/watch?v…
Haha yeah. I didn’t really prepare and my resources were not particularly ideal.
My apartment in Italy didn’t come with many pans or even a good bowl for mixing the eggs, and since I’ll only be here for the next 2 1/2 months I don’t really intend to buy anything for it haha. Thanks for the advice though, I’ll likely use it when I come back!
